Increase the quality and interaction between organisers and participants for SINTEF’s annual management gatherings.
SINTEF is the largest independent research organisation in Scandinavia.
SINTEF arranges an annual 2-day gathering for their managers. They wanted to challenge the participants to take a greater responsibility for the outcome of the gathering, and take a more active role. To avoid the gathering becoming a one-way communication event, they engaged Kulturkompaniet as part of their ambition to have a good dialogue between the contributors on the stage and the audience.
Our goal was to accomplish the following activities:
- “Dialogue theatre”: The participants took part and acted based on situations in their everyday working life – and had the opportunity to use their own experiences and competence.
- Observation/talks: Kulturkompaniet were observers on Day 1, and summarised the various contributions before we “built a bridge” to the program and themes for Day 2 at the manager gathering.
- Planning, theme suggestions and choice of training: How do you manage a leadership gathering in order to achieve more engagement and participation from the audience?
- Workshop: We arranged a workshop for 120 managers, where the main focus was: ”reorganisation processes and good leadership to create permanent change”.
